Our understanding of the world is informed by Science—we express our relationship with the world through Art. This is the matrix of knowledge and imagination, of empiricism and inspiration, of curiosity and creativity. This marriage of Science and Art lies at the heart of Sacred River.

I am an artist. My artwork is the product of my practice as a progressive naturalist. I would like to share my work with others that are interested in this philosophy and art form. It would be practical to add a section to the links page to include artists’ websites that consider their work to be naturalist in meaning and values. I will look for such a link category on this website in the future. When it comes into being, I will hope to add my website as a link for public view. Meanwhile, I’ll add a link to Sacred River to my website! Thank you for creating this website – I’m deeply gratified and excited to read your ideas. – Carrie Blanche
